Make it simple. This is my motto. Life should’ve not be as complicated as we all think. Life should be grounded in some simple rules, not much different to those we learned when we were kids, when we just care about to play, to love things and to be loved by someone. But as we grow older, this simplicity just vanishes. The joy of living just go away. And we forget to be happy. Until someone makes us remember that again. The Holstee Manifesto has become a new set of ideas on which I can relay and rethink many things about me and the meaning of my purpose in this place at this time. For me, it’s like a map where I can determine where I am and where I have to go. It’s become the answer to many questions I asked for many years and now I’m grateful for this gift. I’m sure everyone has the potential to become whatever their dreams dictate, but most of us are sedated in some way and even though we try to wake up, sometimes it’s not possible to realize the purpose of our lives. We have to deal with our idiosyncrasy and the environment around, with the way we’ve been educated and how the world says we should behave. Until now. I changed my job. I stopped worrying about being alone and a promising list of activities is waiting to help me to rediscover myself again. The manifesto become a mirror in which I can see me again. Thank you guys for make me remember who I am and why I’m here.

Our Themes

Distilled from our Manifesto, positive psychology, the science of mindfulness, and ancient philosophic studies we have identified twelve themes core to living both fully and mindfully. We mapped these twelve themes to each of the twelve months in a year. Together with our community we explore one each month.
