Holstee Reflection Cards are a fun way to spark meaningful conversations and deepen relationships with the people in your life.
Every deck includes 100+ thought-provoking questions centered around mindful themes like Adventure, Creativity, and Resilience. Perfect to use with friends, family, and coworkers.
Each card has a unique, abstract design, representing the adventures, stories, and ideas that make us who we are.
The perfect question is always on hand.
We’ve researched, brainstormed, and tested hundreds of options to arrive at the 104 questions included in the deck. The final questions were chosen based on their potential to inspire stories, emotions, and a sense of connectedness.
Each card has two questions on it — an icebreaker to keep things light and fun, and a deeper question for digging into the good stuff.
No matter what card you pull or who you are with, you’ve always got a great question to ask.
When to use your Holstee Reflection Cards.
- With friends: Dinner parties, road trips, picnics, brunches, camping trips — there is never a bad moment to start a meaningful conversation that will leave you feeling better connected with friends old and new.
- With family: We used these questions with our parents and learned more about each other in two hours than we had in the past two years. Best for ages 10 and up.
- With co-workers: A tool to help you get beyond typical water cooler talk and build relationships with your team. Great for company off-sites or as an ice-breaker before meetings.
- With a partner: Whether you're on your 1st date or celebrating your 51st anniversary, these questions can help you discover and share new things about each other.
- With a journal: Bring a deeper level of introspection to your next journal entry. These questions are perfect writing prompts and a wonderful way to get to know yourself better.
Beautiful, functional, and fun.

Quality & Sustainability
The cards are printed with the world's leading playing card producer, the United States Playing Card Company based in Kentucky, USA. They have been perfecting the quality of their cards since they started printing in 1867 and produce some of the highest quality cards in the world including Bicycle®, "Bee"®, Aviator®, and Hoyle® playing cards.
We chose USPC for their print quality and their dedication to minimizing the environmental effects of production. Our playing cards are crafted from sustainably-forested paper, starch-based laminating glue and vegetable-based printing inks. At the end of their long life, the cards are also recyclable.

- Reflection Cards
- each other
I ordered both the Gratitude cards and Reflection cards. Both have been a blessing to me. In the mornings after reading the Bible and praying, I simply pull a card from each box. Invariably, that holy pull folds deeply into my day. I’ve since ordered both boxes for a friend. I’m convinced these cards are a wonderful way for deeper self-awareness and connection with others.
Really nice openers if you're seeking deeper conversations with friends and family.
Was a gift. Nice quality cards. Seemed appreciated by the recipient.
Cards were size and quality as expected, I have been enjoying them for personal reflection prompts and also for clients at work in a mental health treatment setting.
I like the questions that are asked. Very thought provoking.
All domestic orders over $50 ship free and all domestic orders under $50 have the option for $7 flat rate shipping.
For weekday orders placed before 4PM EST we typically pack and ship the same day. But with that said we are small team so we appreciate your patience for the times it takes a few days longer.
Shipping prices for international orders depend on which products you choose and shipping location: this is calculated at checkout.
International orders are subject to delays and import fees through customs and vary by location. These are outside of control and in our experience a bit unpredictable :-/

For us, building a great company means making decisions about design and production that we are proud to share. With this in mind, we take care in every detail — from how we select our production partners, how our products are made, how they are packaged, and finally, how they impact you in your everyday life.
Below is a closer look at some of our products and how we produce them.

Greater Good Toolkit
Every part of the The Greater Good Toolkit from the guides, to the box, to the shipping box we send it in are all printed and assembled in the USA. The guides are printed with our friends at PrintWest, a Washington state based printer we have had the pleasure of working with for many years. The box was created with Master Paper Box in Illinois using from approximately 95% recycled material, and the recycled cardboard shipping box was printed with Arizona Corrugated in, well you may have guessed it, Arizona :-)
Cards, Prints & Posters
We produce our prints with EM Letterpress and Aardvark Letterpress, two craft-driven letterpress printers based in North Attleboro, MA and Los Angeles, CA respectively. Both print shops have been huge supporters of Holstee since the beginning and we couldn't be more proud to work with them.
Our designs are printed using low VOC and non-toxic inks on bamboo and cotton papers that are both chlorine and acid-free.
In 2013, we meet the team at Urban Ashes and we were inspired by their work with reclaimed wood, as well as their approach to training and working with formerly incarcerated individuals.
Our frames are handcrafted from reclaimed wood taken from deconstructed homes and buildings in the Detroit Metro Area. The frames themselves are put together in Ann Arbor, MI.
We are proud that through our work with Urban Ashes, we are able to give both the wood of these frames, and the craftsman and women who assemble them, a second chance.
Our self-adhesive Manifesto Decal is produced by Riverworks Printing in Greenland, NH and Landor in the United Kingdom. The decal is printed onto biodegradable PVC-free polyester using eco-solvent, low VOC inks. The unique adhesive we use (designed to be posted and removed up to 100 times!) is phthalate-free and won’t damage your walls.
