Reflection Cards for Kids grew from a simple moment: when our original Reflection Cards landed in the hands of our curious 9-year-old niece, Shireen, she loved asking questions and sharing with her family—but she had feedback. "You should make these just for kids!" she said. So we did. We talked to dozens of children, parents, teachers, aunts, uncles, and grandparents to understand what questions truly resonate with young minds. Then we partnered with mindful parenting experts Hannah and Kelty of Upbringing.co to refine every question until it was pitch-perfect for today's kids.
