Each month combines curated lessons and readings, reflection prompts, small practical experiments, a live gathering, and an always-on online community. It's designed for exploration rather than instruction — there are no lectures, tests, or assignments.

Both, in a sense. Your learners engage in three thematic courses over three months, and for that period they're also part of the wider Flourishing Life community — the same platform and live gatherings as members around the world.
Is it affiliated with any religion or philosophy?

No. The Flourishing Life draws on universal questions and practices related to meaningful living, wellbeing, connection, and human flourishing. It isn't tied to any particular tradition, and participants of any background or belief are welcome.
Who is it for?
Who is it for?
Adults who are curious about themselves, their relationships, and the world around them — people drawn to reflection and ideas rather than skills training. No prior experience is necessary. It works equally well for learners who prefer to move independently and those who are energized by conversation.
How much time does it take?

Most participants spend 20–30 minutes a week, plus optional participation in our 3 monthly live gatherings of about an hour. Everything is self-paced, and participants can engage as deeply as they like.

Not at all. Some check in daily to comment, join every gathering, share what they're trying, and cheer each other on. Others read quietly, view recorded events, and never post. Both are normal — the community is there when your students want it, and never asks anything of them when they don't.

You promote the program to your community, register participants, and collect payment. You send us participant email addresses. Holstee handles everything else: onboarding, course delivery, community access, live gatherings, participant communications, and all customer and technical support.
How do participants get access?

Send us a participant list — first name, last name, and email address — at least seven days before the program begins. You don't need to close registration; anyone who signs up later can be added right up to 15 days after the start. We email each person a welcome and access link before the first month begins. Students create an account on the Holstee community platform, which they can use on a computer, phone, or tablet. There's nothing to install.

No problem. Send us their details any time up to 15 days after the program begins and we'll get them onboarded within one business day.
How do you handle our students' information?

We use student names and email addresses only to deliver the program — welcome emails, course access, and program communications. We never sell or share student information, and we never add students to Holstee's general marketing lists. Students who want to hear more from us can subscribe themselves at any time, and can request deletion of their information at any time.
Does our staff need to facilitate anything?

No. There's no teaching, moderating, or grading on your side. Holstee facilitates the live gatherings and supports participants directly.
What technology do participants need?

An internet connection, an email address, and a browser or smartphone. Live gatherings run on video; participants who can't attend live can watch the recording.

The Flourishing Life runs on Circle, which supports captions and transcripts, semantic structure for screen readers, and layouts that reflow for zoom. Circle has commissioned an independent accessibility audit (VPAT), which we're happy to share with your team — it documents both what the platform supports and where gaps remain.
We're a small team and haven't conducted our own third-party audit. If your organization has accessibility requirements or needs vendor documentation for procurement, tell us early and we'll work with you and with Circle to get you what you need.

The partner rate is $40 per participant. You set the price your community pays — we suggest $55–$70 for the three-month experience — and your organization retains the difference as program revenue.

No minimum for Founding Partners. We'd rather learn alongside you than set a threshold that makes the decision harder. If enrollment is lower than you hoped, we'll run the program for whoever registers. You’re never at risk of needing to cancel the program due to low enrollment.

We send one invoice after the late-registration window closes, based on your final participant count, with net-30 terms. If your organization requires a purchase order or vendor documentation, let us know, and we'll take care of it.

Students register and pay through your organization, so your refund policy applies. If someone withdraws before the program begins, let us know, and we'll adjust the invoice. Once the program is underway, students keep permanent access to the courses they've started, so we're not able to adjust after that — but if something unusual comes up, talk to us.

Yes. You'll work directly with two people at Holstee — Kim handles the operational side (student lists, platform access, invoicing) and Amy handles the program itself (content, gatherings, and how your students are doing). One email reaches us both — partners@holstee.com — and we generally respond within one business day.

Participants keep permanent access to the courses included in their purchased bundle — the lessons, readings, and practices remain theirs to return to. Access to the wider community spaces, live gatherings, and other members-only areas runs for the duration of the program, plus a 2-week grace period.

Yes. Students who enroll in a future seasonal bundle through your organization get their new courses plus full community access for that season — and they keep everything they've already unlocked.

A Partner Kit with catalog and brochure copy, images and graphics, and an FAQ you can share with prospective participants. All of it is ready to use or adapt.
